Dr. Ben Nguyen, PhD, is a marketing academic/research scholar at La Trobe Business School, La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. His research interests involve semiotics on consumer products’ packaging, and its communication and persuasion effects on individuals’ behaviour for waste reduction purposes. His works have been at high-quality journals including Resources, Conservation and Recycling Advances, Sustainable Development, International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, Cogent Business & Management. He also served as an ad hoc reviewer for many reputable journals such as Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, and Journal of Nonprofit & Public Sector Marketing.
