BIO
Bronwen Otto (she/her) is currently a PhD student with the School of Psychology and Public Health at La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. Her research focuses on prevention of work-related Musculoskeletal and Other Stress-Related Disorders, using systems thinking and principles of implementation science. Bronwen is supervised by Professor Jodi Oakman (La Trobe University), Dr Victoria Weale (La Trobe University) and Professor Sharon Newnam (Queensland University of Technology). She has over 25 years' experience in Work Health and Safety; across a diverse range of industries (primarily mining), in operational and strategic roles, including at a national and global level.
