Dr Alan Lill Honorary Associate, Ecology, Environment & Evolution

My research areas are wildlife ecology and conservation, with a particular focus on birds. My research approaches encompass behavioural ecology, ecophysiology, and urban ecology. I have supervised ~ 85 honours and postgraduate research students. My three principlal career work affiliations have been with the ARC (Scotland) and Monash and La Trobe Universities in Melbourne. I have editorial roles with Corella and Avian Biology Research. I have been a member of several animal ethics committees.
