Adam Hill is a public health sociologist who specialises in sexual health, HIV, and sexuality research at the Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health & Society at La Trobe University. His research focuses on LGBTI health and well-being, social capital and HIV risk-taking behaviors, and suicide risk among Men who have Sex with Men.
Adam is currently working on a number of projects at ARCSHS including Private Lives 3, the largest ever LGBTIQ survey conducted in Australia. The project intends to provide information for researchers, health professionals, community organisations, governments and other policymakers to better understand and support the health and wellbeing of LGBTIQ people in Australia.
