Dr Alice Rota-Bartelink Research Fellow, AustCtrEvidBaseAgedCare

An accomplished tertiary lecturer/unit coordinator with substantial research and project lead experience. Driven by the principles of social justice and the need to translate research evidence into practice in order to achieve better outcomes for people facing disadvantage, hardship or discrimination. Extensive experience as an allied health practitioner, educator and public speaker sharing knowledge with learners representing diverse backgrounds, experience levels, and skill sets. Experienced in online education, translating evidence into practice and the development of appropriate responses to behaviours of concern by analysing the underlying antecedents, background factors and causes of those behaviours.
