Ben Oxford's academic and research background extends across 04 Australian Universities from the NT to WA and across to VIC.

As the Director of Customer Experience with 20 years experience in this field across a number of sectors, his team and work is all aimed at ensuring a personalised, agile, responsive and effective customer experience (students, staff, community, partners and visitors) of La Trobe University.
