Dr Chloe GordonPostdoctoral Research Fellow, Psychology
I am an Early Career Researcher and qualified teacher with a passion for translational research that improves education and wellbeing outcomes for children, adolescents and vulnerable groups.
My PhD research culminated in the development, implementation and evaluation of an alcohol media literacy program for Australian children. The program empowered young people with skills to be critical and informed consumers of media to improve health outcomes.
I currently work across two exciting roles as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at La Trobe University and Research Associate at Australian Catholic University.
At La Trobe University I manage a cluster randomized controlled trial. The ARC Discovery Project led by Professor Susan Paxton is a social media literacy body image and well-being intervention for early high school students.
