Daniel WundersitzPost Doctoral Research Fellow, Exercise Science & Physiology
Daniel Wundersitz is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with Latrobe University in Bendigo Australia. He brings to his current role many years experience as a lecturer (Deakin University & La Trobe University), academic tutor, researcher, and as a biomechanist at the Clinical Gait Analysis Service (Monash Health). His current role entails heading the performance theme within the Holsworth Initiative, supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students, and research. His research interests are endurance exercise and the heart, workload monitoring in sports, exercise and blood glucose regulation and workplace occupational demand (to name a few). Daniel originally studied exercise and sport science at Deakin University and completed his honours and PhD in biomechanics examining the validity and utility aspects of wearable technologies in team sports.
