Dr Julio Mancuso Tradenta Lecturer - Macroeconomics, Economics

Dr Mancuso Tradenta is Program Director in International Business and a member of the Economic Society of Australia.
In 2009 he completed a Masters in International Political Economy from the University of Tsukuba in Japan, sponsored by the Japanese government. In 2015 he completed a PhD in Economics from Monash University in Australia. In his PhD dissertation titled "Essays in Export Transaction Costs" he investigated the combined impact of export delays and export fees on the volume of exports across countries. His research interests are in the areas of international economics, and more recently, in behavioural and experimental economics, with especial focus on gender inequality. He also has extensive experience in export promotion initiatives for SMEs and the design of policies for the improvement of local governments' performance. He teachings international economics, macroeconomics, economic development and international business subjecgts for both, undergraduate and postgraduate students.
