Jen Johnson is the Blood Borne Virus Sector Development Program Coordinator at the Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health and Society. Underpinned by knowledge exchange processes and evidence based practice, her work focuses on enhancing the capacity of the Victorian workforce to respond effectively to HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. An important focus of this work is improving the quality of HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C testing encounters for people at increased risk of blood borne viruses, and increasing provider-initiated testing among generalist health care providers.
