Kate D'Cruz Lecturer, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy

Kate is a full time PhD candidate in the Department of Community and Clinical Allied Health at La Trobe University, supervised by Professor Jacinta Douglas (La Trobe University and the Summer Foundation) and Dr Tanya Serry (La Trobe University). Kate's research is exploring identity re-construction and narrative story-telling following acquired brain injury.

Kate is a lecturer in the Occupational Therapy program at La Trobe University, Melbourne. Her primary teaching and research focus is acquired brain injury rehabilitation, person-centred practice, and engagement in goal setting. Kate has over 12 years experience as an occupational therapist specialized in supporting community integration following acquired brain injury.
