Dr Lincoln Humphreys Lecturer Disability Practice, LIDS Research Centre

Lincoln recently completed his PhD, which was titled: Does Organisational Culture Matter in Group Homes for People with Intellectual Disabilities? In this research, Lincoln developed a quantitative measure of organisational culture in group homes, named the Group Home Culture Scale. At the Living with Disability Research Centre, Lincoln works on projects in relation to supporting people with intellectual disabilities, which includes: active support, group home culture, practice leadership, and support for decision making. Prior to working at La Trobe University, Lincoln worked in numerous disability and mental health services.
Lincoln’s research interests are organisational culture, leadership and team work in the delivery of supported accommodation services for people with intellectual disabilities.
