Dr Loic Li joined the La Trobe Business School in 2023 as a lecturer in the Department of Management and Marketing. He received his PhD in Marketing from the University of Auckland. He worked as a lecturer in University of Auckland Business School and University of Otago Business School. Loic's research focuses on customer engagement and actor engagement in service networks and eco-systems. He is particularly interested in the dynamics, valence and intensity of engagement. His research has been published in Journal of Service Management and Journal of Service Theory and Practice. His current research projects involve how social data and big data can be utilized to investigate the role of brand/marketer generated content in influencing customer engagement on digital platforms. His research has been published in leading international journals such as Journal of Service Management, Journal of Service Theory and Practice and Journal of Advertising.
