Nadia Stojanova Graduate Researcher, Law Melbourne

Nadia is a Barrister at the Victorian Bar. Nadia’s practice focuses on employment law, industrial relations, regulatory and administrative law. Prior to her time at the Bar, Nadia worked in principal, senior and advisory positions across numerous sectors in industrial relations and employment law including the legal industry, government, academia, business, the professional services industry and a registered organisation. Nadia has worked across organisations including Ernst & Young, the Australian Industry Group, Industrial Relations Victoria in the Victorian Government, La Trobe University, Deakin University and the Box Hill Institute Group.

Nadia has a strong academic background. Nadia has worked as a coordinator, lecturer and seminar leader at La Trobe University and Deakin University. Nadia's teaching experience includes employment law, administrative law, evidence law, criminal procedure, civil procedure and legal practice and ethics.

Nadia is preparing a final draft of a PhD thesis in workplace bullying at La Trobe University which is being supervised by Dr Jill Murray and Anthony O'Donnell. Nadia has been published multiple times in peer-reviewed, scholarly legal journals.
