Nicole Shackleton Graduate Researcher, Law Melbourne

In her PhD research project, Ms Shackleton is examining how gendered hate speech is regulated by Australian law. Ms Shackleton is currently seeking participants for her study - if you are interested, please email N.Shackleton@latrobe.edu.au.

Ms Shackleton is also a research assistant on the Australian Research Council Discovery Project (2019-2021) "Improving Australia's legal, policy and educational response to the technological transformation of sex and intimacy" led by Dr Jennifer Power with Dr Andrea Waling as a co-investigator exploring medical, mechanical, and digital technologies and their impact on the sexual and intimate lives of Australians.
