Robyn has an academic background spanning anthropology, sociology and public health. She has been involved in qualitative and quantitative alcohol and other drug use research for over 15 years and has expertise in ethnographic and other qualitative methods.
Robyn’s current research interests include drinking cultures, social, cultural and economic contexts of alcohol and other drug use, alcohol and drug policy, stigma, peer-based harm reduction and take-home naloxone. Her theoretical interests include science and technology studies, agency and subjectivity.
