Dr Tra-ill Dowie Adjunct Research Fellow, Philosophy

I am an interdisciplinary thinker focused on applying sound philosophical thinking to real-world problems. My interest generally straddles the intersection between the clinical and the philosophical. I am centrally concerned with themes of violence and trauma, philosophy of mind and its implications for clinical thought, the nature of ethics, agency, and autonomy in human life, social theory, and broader social concerns such as ecology, race, institutional abuse, and other such themes.
