Dr Juan Wang Research Officer, Animal Plant & Soil Sciences

Wang graduated with a BAgSc from Gansu Agricultural University, China in 1998. She worked as a Research Assistant in Gansu Academy of Agricultural Science, China from 1998 to 2004. In 2005, she did the Doctoral Foundation course in University of New England. After receiving the scholarship from La Trobe University and Australian Cotton Cooperative Research Centre (Cotton CRC) in 2006, she carried out research on P acquisition characteristics of cotton plants. Wang was awarded a PhD degree in 2010.

Wang worked as a Research Officer (part-time) at La Trobe University until she was appointed as a Postdoctoral Fellow in 2012. She is currently working on a project titled "Linking soil acidification with carbon dynamics in Australian agroecosystems".
