Helen Findley is a PhD student and casual academic at La Trobe University in the work-family team and a Research Assistant at Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. She researches in the field of psychology and is currently exploring the social and contextual determinants of LGBTQA+ parents’ occupational health and family functioning. At Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, she is involved in research focused on family intervention programs, which aim to reduce family conflict, strengthen coparenting relationships, and enhance parent and child health. Helen is also currently writing a book chapter on work-life management.
