Joseph has worked as a physiotherapist in Hospitals in Melbourne and Bendigo across acute, subacute, and outpatient settings. Joseph has been a staff member at La Trobe University since 2024. Joseph has been working on research and curriculum development for La Trobe University's physiotherapy department, in collaboration with Epworth HealthCare, Austin Health and The Royal Melbourne Hospital.
