BIO

Professor Joanne Kemp is a NHMRC Emerging Leader Fellow at the Latrobe Sport and Exercise Medicine Research Centre and is the academic director of the Latrobe University clinical trials platform. She is also a Sport & Exercise Physiotherapist of 30 years’ experience and editor at the British Journal of Sports Medicine. She has >180 publications and >$15 million research funding. She has a particular interest in interventions that can slow the progression and reduce the symptoms associated with hip pain and hip osteoarthritis.
