BIO

Kate Noeske is a physiotherapist with extensive experience across a wide range of rehabilitation settings, including acute, subacute, and community-based care. In addition to clinical work, Kate has contributed to health services research projects aimed at improving models of care and service delivery within the public health system. Her interest in system-level change and innovation in public health led her to commence a PhD in 2024. Her doctoral research focuses on evaluating the scale-up of an evidence based demand management model in community health services across Victoria. Guided by the RE-AIM framework the evaluation examines the model's reach, effectiveness, acceptability, implementation and maintenance in the context of large-scale adoption.
