Dr. Lu Yu is a Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology and a Research Fellow at the Australian Centre for AI in Medical Innovation (ACAMI) at La Trobe University, Australia. She received her PhD in Computer Science from James Cook University, Australia, in 2024. Her research focuses on generative AI, 3D reconstruction, explainable AI, and medical image analysis, with an emphasis on optimizing model efficiency and interpretability. Her research has been published in top-tier journals and conferences, including CVPR, NeurIPS, and other leading venues in computer vision and AI.
