Dr Kelly has over twenty-five years’ experience in international development with non-government organisations, DFAT, university institutions, and UNDP Pacific Office. She has authored and co-authored numerous research reports, papers and publications, and presented at industry conferences. Throughout her career, she has advocated for and integrated gender equality, disability and social inclusion in her practice.
