I am an Egyptologist and Collections Manager at the Australian Institute of Archaeology (Building TR11, Terrace Way, La Trobe University).

My research focuses on Early Egypt, Egyptian potmarks, and the Fayum cemetery of Tarkhan, where I am recognized as a leading specialist. I am a team member of the Egyptian-Polish mission to Tell Tarkhan, where my principal contribution centres on provenance research and the investigation of museum collections.

My current research interests include Egyptian mortuary and mummification practices, together with the application of scientific and analytical techniques to object-based archaeological research. I am a member of a number of international projects related to these areas of study.
