Lisa has over 25 years' experience in the perianaesthesia speciality, career highlights including working in the UK, one of the first nurses in 40 years to work in anaesthetics at RCH and achieving Clinical Fellow with the Australasian College of Perianaesthesia Nurses in 2019. Current role with LTU is as a full-time teaching-focused Lecturer with duties including teaching into the clinical subjects of the Bachelor of Nursing course and subject coordination of the perioperative stream for the Graduate Diploma of Advanced Clinical Nursing. Other professional interests include volunteering as Secretary and Chair of the Education Subcommittee with the Victorian Perioperative Nurses Group.
