I received my PhD from UNSW at the Australian Defence Force Academy. My doctoral thesis has been published as a book Indigenous Literatures of Australia and India:  A Trans-Indigenous Perspective. My work also appears in the Journal of the Association for the Study of Australian Literature and edited books Life Writing and the Southern Hemisphere and The Culture of Dissenting Memory: Truth Commissions in the Global South.
