BIO

Ros is a leading positivity and laughter for wellbeing therapy academic, researcher and author. She teaches positive psychology and conducts research into the body-mind practice of laughter for wellbeing. Ros has conducted research into the health impacts of laughter therapy/ laughter yoga for seniors in residential aged care facilities (Laugh out Loud - LOL), and for patients receiving dialysis treatment.

She coordinates the Laughter, Resilience and Wellbeing professional short course at La Trobe and is author of "The Laughter Effect - How to Build Joy, Positivity and Resilience in Your Life" and "Laughing at cancer - How to Heal with Love, Laughter and Mindfulness".

A regular on the airwaves, she has written for publications including The Canberra Times, Huffington Post and Herald Sun.
