BIO

Siti Saleha Binte Mohamed Yakob Adil is a PhD student at La Trobe University in Bendigo. She began her research journey during her honours program in biomedical sciences after completing her undergraduate degree in molecular biology and pharmaceutical sciences in Singapore in collaboration with La Trobe University. Her passion in research on bacteria viruses (known as bacteriophages) and the immune system, motivated her to pursue a Master's degree by research. Currently, she is focused on using bacteriophages to treat severe gum disease.
