My research focuses on alpine ecosystems and aquatic–terrestrial linkages, exploring how climate change and seasonal variation shape the emergence and nutritional composition of aquatic insects, particularly polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). I am particularly interested in ecosystem connectivity and the role of aquatic insects in nutrient transfer across ecosystem boundaries under climate change.
