As Course Adviser for the Agribusiness Major and Minor I lead the development and refinement of the program, which is informed by my experiences coordinating my own subjects as well as teaching into subjects coordinated by others both within and across disciplines. I work in partnership with the LBS teaching and Learning Team as well as the eight Subject Coordinators to ensure the right mix of authentic, contemporary learning opportunities for students.

I am committed to the delivery of an exceptional experience for all of our students. I deliver on that commitment through the provision of a safe and engaging learning environment, the integration of industry knowledge and practices through contemporary and authentic content, innovative approaches to student engagement and an ongoing commitment to improvement through my own professional development (for example completion of the Graduate Certificate in Higher Education in 2019).

I was appointed as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in October 2023.
