BIO

Victoria is a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Ergonomics and Human Factors. She teaches Ergonomics, Safety and Health subjects for undergraduate and postgraduate programs and is co-course co-ordinator for the Master of Occupational Health and Safety and the Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. She is a qualified occupational psychologist and previously worked for the UK Health and Safety Executive where she was involved in a range of research projects across different industry sectors.

Victoria's PhD thesis was work–life interaction and health and wellbeing outcomes for workers in the residential aged care sector. Her research interests include the effects of work–life interaction (work–life balance and work–family conflict) on employee health and wellbeing, and the relationship between work-related psychosocial hazards and musculoskeletal and mental health disorders.
